How to be a C.R.A.F.T. Fair Vendor
The C.R.A.F.T Fair is being administrated by the Tucumcari C.R.A.F.T. Club.
Guidelines of the Fair are:

This is an ALL HANDCRAFTED by the exhibitor fair.

NO mass produced/manufactured/or resell items will be allowed!

NO food items or cannabis items will be allowed.

NO booths by organizations will be allowed.

Exhibits will be subject to accepted standards of good taste and approval of the Fair Committee.
Booth Information
BOOTH FEES ARE $40.00/BOOTH
Booths are 8 feet long X 6 feet deep. A peg board backdrop is provided, a 6-foot table and two chairs can be provided per booth. A limit of two booths per vendor is allowed. Tables may be angled but cannot extend past six feet so as not to encroach on the aisles. Electricity will be available, however, exhibitors must provide extension cords. Booths are not allowed to be taken down prior to the closing of the fair and all trash or decorations must be removed from the booth
Setup information
Set up will be on Friday, April 29th, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The fair barn will also be open at 6:30 a.m. on April 30. ALL booths must be set up no later than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30th.

A security guard will be on duty during the off hours of the fair. CRAFT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE TO EXHIBITED WORKS! Booths must be manned at all times during exhibit hours. Only service animals are allowed in the Fair Barn.

APPLICATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETE AND SIGNED AND ACCOMPANIED BY THE FULL FEE, OR IT WILL BE REJECTED. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS MADE TO THOSE ACCEPTED FOR THE EXHIBITION (except due to closures).
